Heart and Soul is an initiative at St. Hyacinth-St. Anthony Catholic Parish to help you manage your Heart and Soul for better health.

Join us for a series of 8 bi-weekly sessions over 4 months, where participants will:

• Meet with Aurora clinicians for blood pressure screenings

• Track your numbers at home with a blood pressure monitoring device

• Use spiritual health practices to stay calm and manage your stress
