​RISE MKE is a 14-week entrepreneurial training program by the African American Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin, focusing on marketing, branding, and networking to support emerging businesses.

Rise Opportunity Fund

​The RISE Opportunity Fund (ROF), administered by the African American Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin (AACCWI), provides grants of up to $10,000 to assist underutilized businesses disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

SPUR

​The African American Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin's SPUR program is a capacity-building workshop series offering small businesses customized training and networking opportunities to address their specific needs.

KIVA Loan

​The African American Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin (AACCW) partners with Kiva U.S. to offer financially excluded entrepreneurs 0% interest, crowdfunded small business loans up to $15,000, facilitating access to capital without traditional credit requirements.

Revolving Loan Fund

The African American Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin's Revolving Loan Fund offers small businesses gap financing up to $50,000 at a 2% interest rate for various needs, including operational capital, equipment, and building renovations.

Rise HSED Program

​The RISE HSED Program combines a 16-week entrepreneurial training with coursework to earn a High School Equivalency Diploma.
